Cannabis remains illegal throughout much of Europe; however, there are some places with legal weed. Most notable would be Amsterdam where you can find multiple home delivery options.

Depending on your state, deliveries may be a real possibility. In my opinion, delivery is the best case of online ordering. You don’t have to go anywhere and you can usually get it brought directly to your doorstep within a few hours (sometimes days depending on the location and the particular delivery service).
Once you’ve determined it is legal to receive cannabis deliveries in your area it’s time to find a reputable delivery service. The best way to make sure you are going with a legit service is to ask your favorite dispensary how they handle deliveries.
Sometimes the dispensaries do their own deliveries and sometimes they sign up as part of a service.

Admittedly, this is the least exciting way to order weed online, however, it does perform a vital function.
Many dispensaries across the state allow you to preorder your cannabis online then pick it up at the store.
This may not really seem like buying online, but it can help you cut through a long line during peak hours at a dispensary.
Buying Weed Seeds Online
Like purchasing cannabis, the legality of buying cannabis seeds online will vary depending on the country.
If you’re in the United States then it is totally illegal. Since seeds are a federally controlled substance you cannot legally send them in the mail, which is also federally controlled. There are plenty of online companies that send seeds to the US, but this doesn’t make it legal.
Many European countries allow for seeds to be mailed (Germany being a notable exception). If you live in Europe check your local laws to see if you’re in the clear.
Unsurprisingly, if you’re in Canada then it’s totally fine to purchase seeds online.
Buying fake weed
It is incredibly easy and legal to buy what many people would consider to be ‘fake weed’. Originally fake weed was various herbs that closely resembled cannabis.
More recently, with the proliferation of CBD and legal hemp, you will see people try to pass it off as real cannabis.
If you’re planning to buy CBD herb or other types of fake weed then go ahead, but if you’re looking for the real thing then be cautious of scammers who will send you fake product that looks really good.
Ordering Delta-8 Online
Delta-8 has gotten extremely popular and there are tons of sites offering to ship it to you. Is this legal? In the United States, it depends on where you live.
Because delta-8 is derived from industrial hemp it was originally legal in all 50 states. However, at the time of this writing 12 states have banned delta-8 and 3 additional states have pending litigation.
You have to make sure you keep up with your local laws on delta-8 because they are rapidly changing!
